Supervision
Supervision and peer learning for IEMT practitioners.
IEMT-craft supervision for those who already apply the method and want to go deeper — plus peer learning via The Association. On request, in your work context.
Who is this for?
For two groups: alumni of my trainings who want to keep their work sharp, and external practitioners — coaches, therapists, counsellors — who seek an approved trainer with The Association as supervisor.
Not for those who do not yet apply IEMT themselves. Supervision only has value when there is case material from your own practice to discuss. To first get to know the method: a Practitioner training fits better.
What does supervision involve here?
One-to-one sessions, online or in-person in Hoorn (NL), by appointment. Case material from your own practice is central — no abstract method review, but concrete session moments where you get stuck, where you want to sharpen or where a choice does not feel right.
Standard form: one to two hours per session, ad hoc or in series. Rate and frequency depend on form — discussed in the first reply to your request. No clinical supervision or care supervision — IEMT-craft guidance.
For alumni — peer learning via The Association
Alongside one-to-one supervision there is the IEMT Oefengroep NL under The Association for IEMT Practitioners — Dutch-language, monthly, free. Once a month, 60 minutes, for beginners and advanced practitioners. Anyone who has completed the Practitioner is welcome.
How do you request supervision?
Send an email with your context: how long have you worked with IEMT, what is your background and what you would want to discuss. I reply within a few days with a proposal.
