Three entries, one programme, two outcomes with IEMT
Coaching organisations, training institutes and HR / L&D. One shared in-company Practitioner — IEMT as a layer in your team or as a modality in your curriculum.

IEMT as a layer in your team
Not a replacement — an added layer on the work already there
Three layers on top of each other: the coaching craft your team already has, with IEMT as a practitioner layer above it, and on top of that what becomes visible — patterns, identity, calibration.
Work at the identity level
what becomes visible — patterns, identity, calibration
without having to tell the story or understand the why — non-disclosure
+ IEMT as a practitioner layer
Part 1 Emotional Engineering · Part 2 Identity Reimprinting · Association-recognised
Real Practitioner depth in your context, with one consistent trainer. No surface-level modality contact, no in-house curriculum variant, no train-the-trainer promise.
What this is
Real Practitioner depth
Part 1 + Part 2 · Association curriculum
Case material in your context
career, leadership, identity-level themes
One consistent trainer
Mitchel Heitinga · no rotating teachers
Optional follow-up supervision
the difference between 'had the training' and 'using it consistently'
Ongoing programme possible
recurring in-company cohorts
What this is not
No one-day introduction
responsible application asks for depth
No hybrid with EMDR or alternative methods
IEMT as it was designed — fuzziness works worse
No train-the-trainer promise
I train practitioners, not trainers
No Mitchel-specific curriculum variant
official Association version, no mix with personal accents
No Wkkgz care framework
this is education, not healthcare
For training institutes and organisations
IEMT as a layer in your team — trainable in-company.
For coaching organisations that want to integrate IEMT into their
internal coach team, training institutes that want to add IEMT as a
modality to their curriculum and HR/L&D departments that want to
train their internal coaches in a method that goes beyond
conversation alone.
For which organisations is IEMT suitable?
Coaching organisations with their own coach team where IEMT would be a valuable addition to the existing approach.
Training institutes in coaching, NLP or related modalities that want to offer IEMT without developing their own curriculum.
HR and L&D departments in larger organisations with internal coaches who work with employees on identity and pattern levels.
In-company Practitioner trainings
The Association-approved IEMT Practitioner training, delivered in
your organisation. Standard size: six to twelve participants per
group, with nine as the optimum for observation quality during peer
work. Case material is tuned to your context.
Optionally with follow-up supervision: two hours a month, online,
where the team shares case material and I sharpen observation
quality. That is often the difference between a team that has had
the training and a team that applies IEMT routinely.
What I do not do — and why
No one-day introduction in which IEMT is flattened into a
demo. The method requires at least Practitioner depth to
be applied responsibly with real clients. If a short introduction
is what you want, I'd rather point you to an individual
open-enrolment course.
No blending with other eye-movement methods in the
training content. Those who buy this training get IEMT
as it was designed.
No train-the-trainer promise. I train practitioners
to apply IEMT independently with their own clients or staff — as a
complement to their existing approach. Teaching the method to other
coaches at trainer level falls outside what I offer.
No bespoke variant of the Practitioner training.
The curriculum I deliver in your organisation is the official
Association version — no mix with my own accents, no adapted form.
Rates and what is included
In-company rates are set by quotation, depending on group
size, number of training days, preparation, location context and
optional follow-up. Indicative:
In-company Practitioner — 8-10 participants, excluding venue and catering. Full curriculum (Part 1 + Part 2), two case studies and video assessment per participant for Association certification, including IEMT Oefengroep NL and WhatsApp community access after completion. From € 14,500 per cohort.
In-company Practitioner with guidance — max 6 participants. All of the above, plus six supervision hours between blocks for the whole team. From € 19,500 per cohort.
Continuous practitioner programme — multi-year working relationship. On request, depending on scope (number of cohorts per year, supervision frequency, calibration rhythm).
Follow-up supervision — two hours a month.€ 295 per month per team, for in-company alumni.
Rates are VAT-free. Travel costs to locations outside a 50 km
radius from Hoorn are agreed separately.
How a collaboration starts
First call — 30 minutes. Phone or video. Your context, your question, what I can and cannot do.
In-depth conversation — 60-90 minutes. On location or via video. Scope becomes concrete: group size, timeline, case context, follow-up.
Quotation and confirmation. On agreement I sign an order confirmation plus, where relevant, a data processing agreement.
Legal scope
For in-company work I use separate general terms for training
assignments. I work outside the Wkkgz framework; the training is
an educational service, not a healthcare service. For participant
data from your organisation we conclude a data processing
agreement under GDPR/AVG. See the
general terms and
privacy statement.
Next step
A first exploratory call is the simplest way to begin. No
preparation needed.
